Mix the Kosher Salt and Baking Powder in a container
Rub the wings thoroughly with the mix and store in a fridge for 2-24 hours
Place wings in 250 Degrees Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes
Take out wings and crank the oven to 475 F.
After preheating to 475 F is done, place wings in oven (30 minutes total)
Flip the wings after 10 minutes (10)
Wings should be ready between 10-20 minutes (20)
Melt the Butter using slow heat
While the Butter is melting, combine the following in a container: Frank's RedHot sauce, Cayenne powder, and Garlic powder
After the Butter is melted, mix the Butter with the other ingredients
Mix all of the ingredients in a pot/wok on a stove.
Simmer the sauce until it gets thick, or as desired
